Brew Assist™ Mode: An innovative feature, the first of its kind for achieving the ideal pour-over. Select your desired coffee-to-water ratio, and Brew Assist™ Mode will lead you to reach your target brew weight effortlessly.

Timer Mode: Tailored for seasoned brewers, Timer Mode displays a dual timer and weight in grams, enabling you to refine your pour-over technique with minimal interruptions.

Weight Mode: For measuring various small items beyond coffee, utilize the versatile Weight Mode. This mode allows easy measurement in grams, ounces, pounds, and milliliters.

Care & Usage Guidelines

Charging: The rechargeable battery of Tally is crafted to provide 13 hours of continuous use. For most users, this translates to charging approximately once every 1-2 months. Tally indicates the remaining battery level by flashing when powering on or off. The package includes a USB-C to USB-A charging cable, compatible with a standard USB-A charging block. It takes 1-2 hours for Tally Pro to achieve a full charge.

Cleaning: Keep your Tally in top condition by using a damp, non-abrasive cloth or sponge along with a mild detergent cleaner or warm water. For a more thorough clean, remove the weigh pan and wipe underneath. Remember, avoid using a dishwasher for any part of your scale, and do not submerge it in water or any liquid. While Tally Pro is water-resistant, it is not waterproof.

Transit: For on-the-go convenience, simply twist off the weigh pan, replace the shims provided in Tally’s original packaging, and reattach the weigh pan. Carefully place it back into the box, and you’re set for travel. The shims are crucial for Tally during travel, so be sure to keep them instead of discarding when unboxing!

Usage: Tally’s maximum load capacity is 2,500 g or 5.5 lbs. Exceeding this limit may result in damage to the device.
