We try to prepare and book the delivery of an order as soon as we confirm payment

We do not store your payment details on the website. Payment is handled by trusted 3rd Party platforms.
Once an order has been confirmed as paid, we'll then change the status of the order to "Processing" at which point, we will prepare the item for shipping by packaging it securely. Then we'll have the courier pick up the package for delivery to the specified "shipping address" of your order. All shipments are coursed through our courier partners, specifically Abest Express. They've been handling our shipments for over 3 years now and we've been consistently satisfied with their services.
