This new dripper is Kalita’s very first product created in collaboration with the TCCI. Completely handmade by the qualified craftsmen of Tsubame-shi, a well-known district in Niigata prefecture in Japan, for its metalworking craftsmen and their techniques.
Produced with Kalita’s traditional three-hole structure with a flat bottom, the Tsubame Wave combined with the Kalita wave filters are designed to extract evenly which allows brewers of different backgrounds and styles to brew consistently flavor.
